Admissions Systems and International Services Manager

Chase Van Weerdhuizen currently holds the position of International Services Manager at Treasure Valley Community College. Having worked at TVCC since 2016, he has held multiple positions within the college's Admissions office. Seeing an opportunity after COVID-19 to push the campus to think globally, Van Weerdhuizen worked with administration to allocate college resources towards international inititatives. Since then he has worked to steadily increase the college's international population. Van Weerdhuizen holds an MFA from Eastern Oregon University in Creative Writing, studying rural queer perspectives through speculative fiction, and a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
