Presentation Description: Join us for an interactive session for people new to the ISS field focused on how to build connections with students, campus partners, and external partners. Throughout the session, you will be able to hear perspectives from new ISS professionals from intuitions with vastly different structures. Participants will leave this session with a new network of peers and actionable insights on engaging key populations.

Learning Objectives:

After our presentation, attendees will be able to walk away with strategies to build connections with students, campus partners, and external partners.
After our presentation, attendees will have organic new connections with other ISS professionals at similar and varied institutions.
After our presentation, attendees will understand the perspectives and experiences of new ISS professionals from institutions with different organizational structures, enhancing their ability to adapt to various ISS environments
