Presentation Description:

In the ISSS world, advisors are typically siloed into either the student or the scholar side of advising. In this presentation, we will discuss the pros and cons of cross training advisors in F and J visas and beyond. We will consider the perspectives of the employee, the employer, and the visa holders.
