Presentation Description: This session will discuss the latest "hot topics" and updates on immigration-related issues facing international scholars, including recent USCIS policy changes, changes/adjudication trends with the PERM program, and consular processing updates, among others. Presenters will share practical guidance and provide tips for how to adapt institutional practices, and advise current and prospective international scholars, based on these recent developments.
