Presentation Description: Spend time meeting and sharing our professional and social realities as mid-career International Education Leaders. If you identify as a mid-career leader, you are a mid-career leader. A needs assessment survey before the 2024 Region 1 & 2 Conference will be used to drive discussion for a rich and personal connection to other professionals.
Learning Objectives:
Compare and contrast pressing needs for professional development with other IE Leaders in their mid-career.
Discuss current pressing needs within IE Leadership and varied ideas for addressing such needs.
Create a plan for addressing at least one pressing need in the coming months using project planning approaches.
