Presentation Description: Advocating for internationalization needs to happen at all levels. NAFSA provides a support system to assist this endeavor by providing state representatives. These individuals can be supported in their work by state level international education organizations. In Arizona, this group is known as Arizona International Educators (AIE). This session will explore how a state organization can serve international educators in their state, as well as support the NAFSA State Rep. Presenters will share their experiences as leaders in state organizations and their time as leaders in NAFSA.
