In an era of email fatigue and information overload, strive to reduce language barriers and make your written communication to international students shorter and simpler, resulting in more efficient, effective, and inclusive communication. This session, presented by admissions and ISSS staff members, will include practical tips for using artificial intelligence (AI) to achieve desired enrollment and student services outcomes. Presenters will share real-life communication, and attendees will strengthen their editing skills using AI during collaborative practice.

Learning Objectives:

After our presentation, attendees will be able to use AI to edit written communication for clarity and concision.
After our presentation, attendees will be able to use AI-simplified language to increase access and enrollment completion, facilitate smooth arrival and campus adjustment, and improve student support and retention.
After our presentation and collaborative practice, attendees will have shared prior AI communication experiences.
