Presentation Description:

This Q&A led panel discussion will focus on remote work. Employees in education abroad and ISSS will discuss pros and cons of their experience transitioning from in-person to fully remote roles.

Learning Objectives:

To discuss challenges faced and benefits gained by transitioning to remote work. Panelists will share practical solutions and insights to overcome challenges by providing real world examples of the benefits.
To explore effective strategies for maintaining productivity and collaboration while working remotely, drawing from the experiences of professionals in education abroad and ISSS in supervisory and employee roles.
To leave the discussion with a better understanding of how to talk about the possibility of remote work with co-workers, supervisors, and institutions.
