Presentation Description: Drawing from the Global Zone Program at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and NAFSA's Intercultural Communication and Training Toolkit, we will explore PCC's process of developing an Intercultural Training Program. We will discuss many aspects of developing a training program, including resource and data collection, learning objectives, buy-in from campus partners, ideas for training content, activities and materials, and facilitation technique options.
