Dr. Sam Brown has worked as the director of International Student & Scholar Services office as both PDSO and RO for 12 years. He has met with hundreds of students in situations where hard news has had to be shared, and has also presented on this topic in multiple conferences, and is the author of the research that will be referenced in the session. He has presented this topic in both the United States and Canada, and has recently submitted a journal article using the research.
