I have a PhD in Religious Studies from Marquette University. My roles over the past decade have spanned the gamut of higher education from student to instructor, admissions offices to administrative positions. I have seen both sides of the transition to digital documents. The days where I sat in the admissions office opening piles of mail have transitioned to email in-boxes full of digital documents. I am a trained evaluator specializing in India, UK-based systems, and former Soviet systems.
