Presentation Description: There were approximately 480,000 registrations for the 2025 H-1B Lottery, only 26% were selected to submit applications. Post-Graduation Options: OPT and H-1B visa in the US, and the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and Express Entry system in Canada.
Trends and Common Inadmissibility Issues: Discuss current trends in immigration policies in both countries and identify common reasons for inadmissibility and strategies for overcoming these barriers.
