Conscious and Ethical Leadership focuses on transformation through personal and organizational values, integrity, purpose, and serving the greater good. This session explores how ethical and conscious leadership leads to psychological empowerment and consequential benefits, such as increased trust, commitment, and student/staff retention. We will cite practices of ethical and conscious leadership, providing insights, case studies, and tips for how to make a transformational impact on the educational organizations and communities international educators serve.

Learning Objectives:

Define Ethical and Conscious Leadership: • Explore the concepts of ethical and conscious leadership • Highlight the importance of integrity, transparency, and accountability. • Practice “Above the Line” leadership
