This interactive session will focus on the benefits of joining NAFSA Academy, providing an overview of the program, and discussing how participants have applied the skills gained in their professional roles. The presenters for this session will share their personal experiences participating in NAFSA Academy, highlighting the knowledge and skills they have acquired and how they have successfully implemented them in their respective roles. This session will discuss the importance of making a case for institutional support for professional development through academy.
